    Because people have different senses of humour. It may not be funny to some, but it can be funny to others. Humour is subjective. At the end of the day, it's just jokes.

    It's really not like people just go up to fat people and make a fat joke right in front of them. Usually, if someone specifically looks up fat, or any kind of possibly offensive jokes, and gets offended, it's pretty much their fault.

    Jokes were primarily made so we could laugh or poke fun at the things we found serious or horrifying, whether it's people or concepts. I'm sorry that humour isn't some squeaky clean playground.
