    You can check them in Super Training in the lower screen. The Pokémon with maxed stats should have a symbol in upper left corner.

    Check it's IVs at the IV judge [purple guy] In Kiloude City's pokecenter. 5-6IV: Max growth potential. Then, check that pokemon's super training window to check were his EVs are located at [these stats will grow stronger] Nature also helps, taking 10% of a stat [Usually, an useless one] and adding 10% to other [your best stat or speed usually]
