    Because it's Lyn. The only stats I expect to be low on Lyn at this level are defense and res, his Lyn looks rather normal to me.

    huh really? maybe its just my bad luck but my lyn usually gets majorly strength screwed to the point where shes pretty useless without the mani katti. Rn shes doing exceptional for my standards

    Well, her str growth is a coinflip sitting at either 40 or 50%, which while high by GBA FE standards, getting unlucky is more possible here than in say Sacred Stones, POR, or Awakening. Heck, I can say that an Ephraim with that much STR at level 10 would be a blessing for me, since my RNG rolls tend to hate him
