don't erase the old files you'll want any you did get to carry over. that first photo can only be done once and it has two outcomes.

the first phot, if you stand still thats one if you move thats a second one I don't think you can do both since its the first photo you have to choose.

if you ended the date and missed one yes its impossible many of them are event related but you can date her and get all her photos in one go if you know what to do.

You follow the plot. After you pick her up at the beach, littoraly, take her around town you get photos at the weathercock though Im not sure if its part of the date or not, down the well, and on one of the cliffs I think south of animal village. you can also get her to say cute things at the claw game, by digging, opening chests, hitting chickens, playing songs, etc.
