    if you beat the game and get the pokeradar it will help, check utube for details, or you can breed them at the daycare, hope that helps,

    some times its just abit of luck, ive breed pokemon and got one after 5 eggs then the longest one i had was 231 eggs, so random, but i used the masuda method.

    so catch one ditto in your game and breed it with any pokemon from a different country. ex: combee from japan.

    best way to get pokemon from around the world is to do wounder trade. ive done for a few hours and got alot of random pokemon from different regions. hope that helps.
