Lavina's level is holding you back... You could replace Lavina with a high-leveled Thundra/Exophia- 5 uses of their skill can knock out a good 80-95% of Dark Elysium's HP in a single turn (if you have 10 skill points at the ready the moment you walk into the fight with it)
