    then how can you explain why SA-X a clone of samus is identical to her, when a clone of a trans woman would be a male given that they have XY genes

    @Michael Cis means you agree with your gender. A clone would mimic her DNA, not create what she thinks she should be. But anyways people need to stop fighting about this. There will never be an answer until the developers address the issue. But until then, we can only make assumptions.
