    Hector doesn't get a horse either. Or extra movement for that matter. Thankfully, he does get WTC. I sometimes wish Lyn got a weapon better than Bows, though.

    I always felt that bows suited her well since her father was most likely a nomadic trooper and Lyn seems to have gotten all her combat skills from him. And it's hard to imagine Lyn wielding axes or lances.

    I would, too, if it was for the fact that Hassar had a horse which was the one her father gave her to escape the Taliver bandits. And Lyn's bow rank being at D instead of E when she promotes most likely means her father gave her a few leasons in bows. It's like how Monks get a automatic C rank in staves when they promote.
