    fe6 eclipse has its trusty 10 base hit rate even though it puts you to one health it wont matter

    I was actually talking about the typically enemy-only spell from Final Fantasy. Which has existed in the FE series, specifically in FEs 3, 4, and 5, under at least two different names.
