Thanks to Somecallmejohnny, there is an very easy way to grind for bolts as quick currency. :) On Cloud Man's stage, in this area, use the Charged Shot to defeat the mini bird enemies after they hatch. After you get the bolts go back, then go forward to the spot and the same enemy show up, giving more bolts on the way. Rinse, repeat, bolts. :)
