    Actually I think I was too harsh. Once I got the hang of it I quite enjoyed it. I'm having issues with the bit after the big boss though. I'm thinking you have to take springs with you but it looks like I need two and can obviously only take one. Any hints?

    Pesca if you are having trouble I made an easy version called Mariovania! Also, thanks Brian I appreciate you saying that. You were right though about the execution. Some puzzles were too obtuse! I fixed that in the new version. I still prefer this one because the player needs to figure it all out organically like Castlevania, but the other one is definitely more fair/intuitive, while still hard.
