How do I get this datapack in the GCPD? The door only says locked but I can't find a switch or mechanism to open it. Maybe only in the Plus game?

    Damn, I tried the plastic bomb, the glue bomb but it never occurred me to use the grappling. If the door at least had a handle or a kind of manhole like the others it would be easier...
