    That's just the game's way of telling you to continue the storyline/complete the Butterfly's requests. It's sort of like downtime in between chapters. So you're free to do whatever you want and progress through the story at your own pace.

    Then go back home. Check your Bliss then speak with the Butterfly again. That should trigger the next cutscene to progress with the story, should you choose to do so.
