I FINALLY beat Cortney. Well technicaly she beat herself buy using a move that damages both of use but I still won with only 6 cards left in my deck. My Arcticuno finnally appearrd right at the end when I had no water energy left so I had to use my Wartortile to finish of her 3rd Moltras and Growth.
