    alpines and nubens. nubens like to scream when there not happy though. oberhasly and togenburges (look them up) are lesser known dairy breeds. alpines have very sweet natured. nubeins are good milkers but loude. togenburgs are the fuzzyest. oberhaslys are very very pretty.Saanens are the best at milk prodution with out loseing the good taste.the more milk a goat produses the less butterfat ...

    the milk has. butter fat makes the milk tast good. more milk = less flavor for most goats some though can pull off good flavor and a lot of milk like honey she has rick milk and produses more then the average goat wich average is 1 gallon a day when milked twice a day. honey produses about 2 ½ gallons a day. ( I know im a goat nerd dont make fun of me) I hope I helped.
