    Go to the gym your strong against, and battle people. So if you have squirtle go to the fire gym. it might take awhile. also check your computer, you will get pack of cards from new emails.

    The starter decks aren't that great either, so once you start getting better cards, I'd suggest modifying it, so it works better. That might also be part of the reason for your losses.
