Should I just drop her? She seems pretty pointless. What possible advantages could she have over Serra? Serra seems to be doing her job so I see no reason to keep her.

    Serra will become a Bishop if promoted and Priscilla a Troubadour. The former uses Light Magic and the latter uses Anima magic. I couldn't tell you the growth rates of either character, the specifics of both classes, or the supports for either character though. For that you'd need to go to serenesfores.net.

    Better movement is a lot more useful than you make it out to be. Plus you'll want to bring her to chapter 16 so you can get Raven and Lucius.

    Serra surpasses Priscilla in terms of stats and Priscilla has better movement. I would use Serra and only use Priscilla to recruit Raven and Lucius.

    They're roughly equal statisically save for a (very slight) edge Serra has over Priscilla in HP and Spd. But you said it yourself, Priscilla has higher MOV. That means that she has the easiest time keeping up with your army. And, she has rescue utility, so she can help out with unit transportation and rescue chains.

    Due to the paltry amount of EXP that staves often give, it's often considered counterintuitive to field more than one (unpromoted) medic at once because they typically can't attack. In essence, making the best thing to do with Serra and Priscilla is effectively put your eggs in one basket. And Priscilla's pretty much the larger and sturdier basket in this case.
