  • Nope, just ground. Grass resists against it tho (electric ー> grass 0.5)

  • Rock resists it as well and is super effective, unless my mind is failing me

  • Thanks both of you! But sadly i don't have ground or rock types. i can go catch one, but the ones in the wild are usually weak. so i'll have to waste some time raising them up to my level....Bad luck day! :p

  • Rock doesn't resist. So you won't have any luck there. In addition to grass, electric and dragon also resist electric. If you are having a lot of trouble with that gym, the lumiose badlands are a good place to find ground-types, like gible and diglett.

  • You don't need to have a ground type Pokemon. You can have a Pokemon with a ground type move. When you receive Lucario from Korrina it has Bone Rush. Also Skiddo/Gogoat learns Bulldoze and Earthquake leveling up.

  • Thanks everyone! i defeated the lumiose city gym leader, with Sylveon, Azurill, and Delphox. I know Azurill was a bad idea, knowing it's weak against electric types. But...my Azurill knows Super power. Super power is a fighting-type move, and it's super effective against Clemont's Heliolisk. i used a little strategy there...-evil laugh-
