    Eliwood can be really weird in my experience. Depending on RNG you CAN get him to have good stats, but more often than not he holds my party back more than anything else.

    It can be really hard to have him become strong. He definitely picks up his stride after promotion. But because of that slow start, he's pretty much mediocre.
