My 1st post of any kind since the miiverse redesign. I don't even know where to type to comment this. But gotta dust off the Wii U for this treasure. Surprised it hit virtual console. Best firefighter game of all time!!! Since this is a discussion apparently, what's your favorite fire fighting game of all time?

    I haven't played this in close to 20years. So my memory of it might not be true for nowadays. I do know that its the best firemen game I have ever played. Any other I have played since, I always thought "this is no ignition factor" .... So Davey, I'm not entirely sure if its interesting beyond the novelty factor.     Posted to miiverse for the first time in like 4 or 5 months. In all those months I just been a commenter on miiverse. Seeing this game tho, I had to post about it. So I truly can not recommend for $8. I'll spend $8 on it, when ever I get back to Wii U. But it may be due to my personal nostalgic factor.

    I shall look that up. When it comes to Sega systems I only know few treasures because never in life have I owned a Sega system. I discovered all the gems I could in sequels or HD remakes. Jet set radio future, space channel, ikaruga, mainly dreamcast treasures. I know Saturn has the mighty panzer dragoon shooting game. I have that on ORTA Xbox version.     totally agree burning rangers on the saturn is a hidden classic , think too many people got their heads turned by ridge racer on ps1 that alot of games on saturn got over looked

    Ugh! Ridge Racer was always garbage. Sega's Daytona USA was way better. Personally I always liked Midway's Cruise 'n' USA and Cruise 'n' World on N64 better than either of those games. It retained the fun of the pre-3D arcade racers where it felt like a true cross country adventure on the open road and the 2 player mode with the AI opponents and traffic intact was awesome. Oops, off topic again.

    Ridge racer 1 thru 7 rule. Unbounded is no dice for me. I love the ridiculous arcade drifting style of the ridge racer. And ridge is the only driving game where I prefer inside, first person view. I like Daytona and cruise too but ridge is more timeless. Cruisin only like in arcade. Console version is only ok.

    I finally lucked out and found a complete used copy of Ridge Racer 3D back in the spring, but yeah, it's really hard to find a reasonably priced copy nowadays for some reason. Shame too, as it was pretty much the last good game in the series. The sooner I forget Unbounded ever existed, the better.

    My man hazay knows what's up. Unbound maybe a decent racer but never should of been a ridge racer. I really enjoyed the ps3 one, think its 7. Gotta recommend ppl check out transformers devastation, available on everything but U. Even on 360(they still making things for this).II like to call it viewtiful transformanetta rising.

    I was somewhat curious about Devastation before, but the words 'viewtiful transformanetta rising' may have just moved it to the top of my to-get list. I'll have to go look up some vids online of it.

    It's short like metal gear rising and speedy combat similar. Instead of raiden cut thing, it has this transform combat move. Has the dodge last moment witch time slow mo like bayo. And its viewtiful cuz of cel shaded. Made by platinum. I got it for $30, worth it. Retails for $50 and that is your call. For me I wouldn't be upset at $50 but most gamers probably would be due to short length....

    It currently retails at $65 here in Canada, so I might wait on it for a bit, see if it gets a decent discount during Black Friday. Thanks for giving your impressions, glad to hear that it retains the same qualities that make me love Platinum games.
