Yay! So while checking my 2nd town, I see Phinease wondering around (seriously, I know he's suppose to be a sea-lion but he looks more like a bear…with whiskers)! Anyway, I went to talk to him to see if he'll give Mayor Aika a badge for a good deed & she got a Village Represenative badge! I wonder if he'll give her more badges!
