    If you don't have the O. island, you can also get them, from the bird, after you kill it, on Terra nimbus. Goodluck.

    You don't need the DLC to be able to buy them from the Shop on Lunares. You just need to have completed the story line and be level 45+ to get there. If you don't have access to that yet, Sun Clusters can be dropped by the Ironstone Golem [Subterranean Lake], the Gilded Golem [Ancient Ruins], and the Sand Golem [Aridian Desert].
