I was so thrilled with all of the trading Lucky and I did that I decided to let him become the 10th resident of Novelton. I figured he deserved to see where all of that (crazy) money he spent was going. (I'm pretty sure I saved after Lucky agreed to move, but because the battery died while I was sleeping, I won't know for sure until he either shows up in town in the next few days, or doesn't.)
