    If I remember correctly, I found him the ghost house of either World 4 or 5. His chances of actually showing up in the level are completely random however. Once he shows up you just got to beat him and then he'll turn into a light block. I believe he also appears in different levels also but, I never met it in anymore. Anyway, I hope this helps.

    Gee, I feel bad for you. He is rare so chances are low. Maybe the ghost house in world 5 works also. I'll look up more information about the goomba.

    I also found out it might appear in the eight level of World 7 and the Ghost House of World 6. It might take a while to find though. And sure.
