    Jackals in the Desert Ravine drop it. Alternatively, you can purchase it from the Fine Woods and Leather in Al Maajik or from the shop with the same name in Port Puerto [Shopping + Bliss Bonus required].

    Yes, only if you have the DLC. The Plushling Pet Seller on Terra Nimbus has exclusively Dragons and is the only place to get 'em from.

    Dropped by the Pterodactyl in the Aridian Desert [Al Maajik]. There's no way to purchase them, but as long as you have a decent Luck stat, you should get the drops fairly quickly.
