    He does..I'm guessing they were trying to do like Generations where his mouth switches sides depending on which way you look at him..and..I guess they didn't finish their programming.

    A glitch, nothing more. I noticed that in Sonic Generations depending on the camera angle Sonic's mouth would switch sides. Sonic characters' mouths usually move from one side to the other when speaking, the only game where their mouths are in the middle of their faces and stay there is Sonic 06. I'm guessing that's why the glitch happens.
