    Well, Sonic games first adapted swearing in Shadow the Hedgehog, most Sonic games don't swear, as Sonic is a "kid friendly" franchise. Its weird SEGA would bring that back.

    Sonic was always directed at an older audience. I'm not suprised there are a few bad words here and there. I think the reason it's been toned down a little lately is because more younger kids play videogames now. Heck, even the Ninja Turtles used to say minor cuss words.

    2 things 1. i find it hysterical that a Sonic thing with swearing is a big deal when a decade ago we had that Shadow game that I'd like to pretend never happened. 2. LIVE AND LEARN!!! HANGIN ON THE EDGE OF TOMORROW!!!

    Alot of Sonic games are great, especially Lost World, Sonic 06 and Rise of Lyric weren't my favorite. I didn't think they were that good. Which obviously both games were rushed, which makes sense. I like a majority of Sonic games though :p
