3.0に海外版の2.0のフィギュアは使えるんですかね？

機種によって違うのかな？

    1.0でも海外向けに発売されているものでも使用できました。違いと言えば1.0の時もそうでしたがオンラインコードのカードのデザインが多少違うくらいですので3.0も大きな違いはないと思いますよ。 あと公式サイトにも記載されているように今まででたフィギュアも使えるそうなので大丈夫でしょう。(ただし2.0のプレイセットは使えないので注意です)

    あとプレイした事ないので曖昧な表現で申し訳ないんですが、フィギュアの下に置くディスク？みたいなやつも海外のものを使えるんですか？

    使えますよ事実1.0のパワーディスクはパッケージに日本語のシール貼っただけで海外で発売されているものですし使えるでしょう。
