    It's not that hard just sail from greatfish isle to Mother and Child Isle and trade with the gorons repeatedly until you get the golden statue of the guy your talking to(should take maybe... 15 trades), you can teleport (using the ballad of gales) to go to greatfish isle, but teleporting to Mother and Child isle will put you inside so you can't find the goron.
