Question

データが消えたのですが…

今までネットワークに接続せずに遊んでたのですが、ネットワーク接続をしたらキャラクターのレベル以外トイボックスやプレイセットのデータが全て初期化されてしまったのですが、こういう事があった方いますか？接続の設定をする際、初期化するという事は書いてなかったような気がします。バンダイナムコさんに問い合わせようと思ったのですが、電話番号が記載されていませんでした。この事についても合わせて教えていただける方いたらお願いいたします。
