Checkmate! I have been needing this to give my Monarch stone the right effect. I'm glad I got on Google as I was thinking this was in the trials but it's actually from a bounty you mine from the rainbow stone on Terra Nimbus. Go figure. I read it's a rare grab from the cleark to so I'm lucky I got it this fast.
