This is Coco. I don't like to judge, but she looks really weird. She has appeared in every Animal Crossing game, but I never knew exactly what was up with her face. I used to think she was a chocolate bunny, b/c of her name, but seeing how she is requesting a house full of ancient artifacts my mind is blown: she's like a Gyroid! Her catchphrase is "doyoing" similar to the sounds Gyroids make.

    I read online that her Japanese name is Yayoi and that was the same name of a period in Japanese history in which the figures, we know as Gyroids in the game, were used during funeral rituals. A theory about her English name is that she looks like a coconut, which have 3 round markings on them, like on Coco's face. I'm so happy to figure out her connection to Gyroids. It has bothered me for years
