    The Flower Mantis appear in East Terra Nimbus, right outside the Plushling Camp where the rest of the Mantises [?] are. It has a rare chance of appearing, so you might be running back and forth between areas to reload the enemies to get it to spawn. I believe it only appears in the early day time too, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
