    you first go in to your character wheel and select the instructions then it will ask you what you want to make the deloreon or the hover board then you select the thing you wanna build andthe instructions will pop up on the screen.

    Go to Vorton World as Marty and jump into the Gateway. You should be lead to the special BTTF Level which will allow you to build the DeLorean and the Hoverboard.
