actually the best way is not 2 get sick over the holidays.. is 2 not eat way 2 much food by not letting your's eyes.. not get bigger than then your's head i've try 2 remember that myself.. that is every holidays of the year so i won't get a chance 2 get sick..only put on your's plate what you can eat.. than if you want more than get more only if not full already.. with food if so wait until the
