    Dragon Scales; Dropped by the Napdragon. It can also be a Bounty Reward from turning in the Napdragon or the Dragon Scab. Sturdy Fangs; Dropped by the Snow Leopard from the Mt. Snowpeak Summit. Hard Claws; Dropped by the Black Panther on Mt. Snowpeak. Can also be a bounty reward from turning in the Black Panther. Purchasable from Bo in West Grassy Plains [Master Hunter rank required]

    See my first comment for Sturdy Fangs. Strong Fang; Dropped by the Fanged Ape, near the Mt. Snowpeak Summit entrance. It might appear as a normal drop and you might get another as a Bounty Reward.
