High seas adventure! Loved this screen a couple months ago ... I'd like to see a strong emphasis on single player partner mechanics in a future LoZ title. While the games on the Adult Timeline have all had it to some degree, I'm advocating numerous partners, perhaps one per dungeon. A lot of interesting possibilities exist for areas that can only be accessed depending upon who Link is with.

    The Tower of Spirits was brilliant! (And very frightening on my first playthrough) But, does no one else love the Temple of the Ocean King?

    Out of the two, I actually preferred the TotOK on my initial playthroughs, and PH by a moderate margin to ST. I'm going to replay PH next week, and then ST a fair amount of time after that, to give some separation to the experiences and judge them independently.

    Heheh, "bae" just fit the moment and hashtaging. That's only the second time I've ever used that word, and the other time it was also used to designate something that is certainly NOT bae. (Keep your armadillos to yourself, Blake! :P) Don't get me wrong, TotOK was great too, but ToS is undoubtedly superior in my mind. Phantom Zelda is one of my favorite mechanics in the series.

    Brandon is the official source for information on the meaning of bae. I really enjoyed that action too Fred. My preference lies on the clever progressive design of the TotOK. Later capability shortcuts, racing the timer ... it also just felt like a better, more cohesive design. I never found it repetitive, whereas I can't say that for climbing those silly stairs in the ToS.

    Category is just as sgupid (do admins allow that word? I don't wish to find out today) as the person that puts an armadillo there. But that's where it turns into a hyperbole, and works just as well. I'm sure most people just assume that it's a synonym for babe, and they're kind of right, kind of not.     Well he probably never tried to give her a handful of Golden Feathers ... To restore the topic and alleviate Blake's guilt, I can see a game that gives us the variety of control sets we had in MM. A mixture of complex partner mechanics and independent character control ... this could head in the direction Joshua suggested. I can also see expanded companion and/or mount funtionality.

    The real problem with hoping for such a focus is the rate of production. I would want something like this to be the second release in a console generation, as it's great to see the traditional formula with the standard level of innovation on each piece of hardware ... which leaves me inclined to hope for such an LoZ title on the 3ds.

    I kind of want more on the Wii U though myself since the 3DS is up to three Zelda remakes and two new games whereas the Wii U is still sitting at one remake and not even one new game, which I find aggravating. It's usually much more balanced than this!

    Yeah, two time is enough for me to use that word which I shall not again use. Medli is a girl... A fictional girl. Fictional, as in, not real. You'll never see Medli walking around in Wal-Mart (and if you do, go see your psychiatrist).
