    From what I've read, you have to have your levels starred to a certain point to earn enough medals. Then it allows you to upload more. This was put in place to keep people from spamming the servers with too many badly designed levels and allowing those that have been recognized by the community to have more upload power. From what I've read, its about 50 stars.

    ah okay that makes sense. i have quite a few challenging level ideas i wish i could upload. thanks for shedding some light on this

    I'm right there with you on that, for now though, I'll just cycle through the levels I have uploaded with the ones I'm personally enjoying and feeling. See what catches.
