    It all depends on who gets the first strike. Rath is REALLY strong and fast (just as fast as my Falconknights). And if you give him the Reinfleche or Brave Bow, he'll absolutely annihilate Lucius. If Lucius were to get the first hit and get a crit, he would most likely win.
