Question

I'm experiencing some horrible sputter/hiccup while playing, about once every three seconds. Though the game is still mostly playable, the issue is very annoying, similar to streaming a video that needs to buffer way too often. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I've noticed that this only happens when I turn off the Gamepad display. It's rather odd.
