Actually thats Silver Yoshi. i haven't gotten Platinum Yoshi yet but i DO know how to get him. if you collect all 270 flowers from all worlds...you will unlock a level in the middle of Craft Island named "Wonderful world of wool" you should collect all 5 woolly wools there to unlock Platinum Yoshi. hope it helps!
