    don't know its strange the same as its strange that european and japanese versions of youtube had the comments and discussions disabled but the american one remains unchanged its a mystery.......

    Okay so first off, that isnt racist at all. Racist is assuming everyone from the certain race has a given similarity. Secondly, most nintendo games were originally develloped in Japan so it would make sense but I dont know why Europe. Probably because its a smaller audience Hope this helped!
