    In case you haven't already figured this out, you have to make a structure using as few pieces as this. Shake a note block to make it turn pink. The pitch of the block's sound rises as you raise the note block. Place an enemy/bounceable object inside a cloud block just above the note block and it'll make a sound as soon as Mario comes close enough to it. I hope this will help.
