    Amiibo that haven't released yet, is all I can figure. I know there's a space for Mega Yarn Yoshi, and looking at the Pokemon lineup, I'm positive there's a space for Mewtwo. Falco is also on the way, and I have no doubt that all the forthcoming Animal Crossing amiibo will be usable as well. I have every amiibo released to date, so I'll keep scannin' 'em as I buy 'em!

    Interesting, I noticed, how Super Mario Maker distinguishes the gold and silver edition Mario figures, but Mario Party 10 (for which they were made) does not. It's awesome using silver Mario in this game, though. He's accompanied by the Metal Mario music from Super Mario 64!

    Colin: If you're asking whether scanning, say, the Smash Bros. and Super Mario series variations on the same characters, then no, I don't believe so. 47: That's right, most of these characters gradually unlock the longer you play the game, right? Amiibo are not necessarily required. I see I was correct about that spot for Mewtwo, anyway!
