You have to get the flowers in every level in one world and you will get the S level. But they are very hard. especially world 2.

World 2's S level is very frustrating and after all that trouble, I missed one flower.(Spoilers) But I did get all the wonder yarn and knitted Wii Yoshi back together.

I didn't have all of the flowers in world one, only the yarns and I got the S level. I may never know in world 2 since 2-7 is going to be the death of me. lol!
