Zelda theory: Was Ganon's Tower in Wind Waker part of Hyrule Castle at one point? (Theory will be in the comments.)

@The Killer Yeah, I know that. @HeroOfTime Thanks! I don't know if they can, actually. I wonder if they're preparing for an invasion on the surface world...

This makes sense, seing this takes place after the hero is defeated.

@Zulda Lord But it does take place after Ganon was revived, and after the hero didn't return to defeat him.

I think the King mentions that "Not even the Knights of Hyrule could storm that place". I think it's definitely implied that it's not part of the Castle.

Well, the whole castle collapsed at the end of Ocarina of Time, so I don't know... Seems likely that the Royal Family would renovate the Temple of Time rather than build a new castle. And it would make sense for Ganondorf to just take over the new castle and renovate it.

@Bryce K I don't remember that part. Hm. I may have to check that. @Wolf That's another good point. And technically speaking, the Forsaken Fortress serves as Ganon's base of operations (in the overworld, at least.) It's likely that they'd renovate the Temple of Time, but I'll admit I equally doubt it. It's possible though.

i always assumed the Temple of Time became the "new" Hyrule Castle, and once Ganon came back, he probably rebuilt part of the Tower that collapsed. Notice how some rooms in Ganon's Tower (WW) has the floor filled with lava, so it seems likely it's built ontop of the old one (OOT), especially since that one was floating ontop of lava.

@kittiegirl I think so, yeah. @Ocelot (V) It's possible he rebuilt his tower from the rubble as well. And it is indeed possible that the Temple of Time became the new Hyrule Castle. But one thing's for sure...the carpenters who worked on them must've given them one heck of a bill.

I wish there was a Zelda game were you need Ganondork's help, Like maybe you needed all Power, Wisdom and Courage at the Tower of the Gods from WW, for like some trials or something, I wish it were like that when you learn Tetra is you know who and you have to return with Ganondorf bcause there's some sort of Big Cyclone tearing up the land above, Like supper big that it covers an entire square.

And that you need to watch out when you sail around, and maybe some evacuation problem where you need to make sure the Hylians are inside and if they're not you guide them, Also with the Rito and as for the Gorons, Well Idk. Maybe guide them to the nearest place or cave. If it were like that the Song of Passing would be a good and bad thing.

It would totally bring a more stormy feel to the sea and so much dangerous, That way the ppl wouldn't complain so much about the quick sail being added. And that The Great Fairy Queen (The Fi look-alike) Would help you out a lot more and The Ghost Ship getting more involved.

As for the Koroks, Hmmm. I don't really know, From how they look like the should be very light so that Big Cyclone would tottaly take them away. Maybe you could get Wind arrows seing it's a game about Wind that would push the Cyclone! Or maybe ypu get the Ocarina of Time with only one song, The Song of Time with the same function that MM had. So you could go back in time and prepare.

And if you were ready in the first day you could use the Time of Passing to get to the point you want while Ganon and Zelda protect the Tower of the Gods and sail in the Pirate Ship. I really wanna hear your thoughts on thist Matthew.

@Justin It sounds like an interesting plot, but I don't think it really has much of a Zelda feel to it. I think that would make the basis of an interesting spin-off game though. Or a fan-game.

@justin it does sound fun, maybe you can find a programer to help you out with making it. Be sure you ask permission from the creators. you don't want to be fined because you forgot. just a suggestion.
