    At that moment, Bardock was able to harness the power within and become a Super Saiyan.(Against his own son?) Also are Super Saiyans different characters or do i have to do some sort of combo?

    Sadly the saiyans take up a different character slot. And yes some are just part of ultimate attacks(Like Bardock & SS3 Goku, for example).

    It's his 200% Ultimate attack. If your health is low enough that you can charge it to 200%, do the Ultimate attack input, in Bardock's case you have to be on the ground for it to work.
