    Buu would literally eat those two for a snack, and I do mean LITERALLY. Overpowered though? I'm not sure if turning Z fighters into edible candies counts or not, if not, then I'd give it to Cell. He definetely gets the OP status, having all the best Z fighter abilities and attacks.
