    Did you do Lyn Hard Mode first? There's a sidequest in Hector Mode where you have to get Nils to level 7 in Lyn's story in order to access the sidequest.

    The sidequest is exclusive to Hector Mode and required to getting the real ending. You have to get Nils to level 7 in Lyn's story and kill Kishuna in 18x to get the sidequest (which is within a sidequest). And since you went straight to Hector Mode, the units from Lyn's story will be very underleveled.

    In Lyn's Story Hard Mode, there are no tutorial and you don't have to prepromote Wallace.

    Yep. And there is one more sidequest that requires you to finish Victory or Death in 20 or less turns. If you need help, just ask.
