    @AngelLuis As ihneggwi said, this is a glitch in world 1-3, involving that cat suit and the tanooki leaf. It's somewhat hard to pull off. The setup is to go up to the top pillar near the giant piranha plant, the one with the one-up on the right. Set the tanooki leaf at the edge of the pillar, and set yourself up with the cat suit, at the opposite edge. Then, cat dive and as soon as you get (cont.)

    (cont.) the tanooki leaf, hold down the a button to hover. (moving yourself a little bit to the right is recommended) Keep holding a untill the background starts to glitch out. As soon as the camera snaps back to you, you've done this glitch. If you want a black background (as shown), open up the Wii U menu and then exit it.

    @David After defeating World 8, the Sprixies will build a spaceship for you in World 1. Take the spaceship, and you'll end up in World Star/9. (I'm not 100% sure what it's called, please forgive me.) Near the end of 2-Star, Rosalina will be there, waiting for you near the goal pole. Grab the pole, finish the level, and then you've unlocked her.
